This package includes a choice between two types of 3D visualization:
Type 1 – simplified 3D modeling that helps visualize the layout, volume, and proportions of elements in the space.
Type 2 – photorealistic 3D rendering that conveys the colors, textures, and overall atmosphere of the future interior with greater accuracy.
Package cost: €32/m² or €35/m² depending on the selected type of 3D visualization.
Additional Services
Explore the additional service offerings.
- Author’s supervision: €200–400/month depending on the number of site visits.
- 3D visualization (if not included in the package): €7/m² for simplified visualization, €10/m² for photorealistic.
- Turnkey furnishing assistance: Ordering, delivery, and installation of furniture and equipment — pricing discussed individually.
- Finishing works: Contractor recommendation is provided free of charge with the purchase of a design project.
